It's funny how ancient civilisations were masters of water-management but 21st century Britain struggles with even the basics of it.
Seems like there's always either too little or way too much and it's all in the wrong places at the wrong time. Then they try and bullshit that's it's all down to 'climate change.' No, it's down to incompetence and lining their pockets with the money instead of using it to improve the situation.
