I never got round to mentioning it, but your plates are the same as what my mother used to have - plates, side plates, bowls, even a milk jug and some other things I forget. Not sure what happened to it all after she passed, I suspect my brother will have had it away. Quality stuff.

A couple of mandarin oranges for dessert, and a glass of 2023 Moulin Du Prieur, Bordeaux to drink.
Broke the egg yolk again! Not that it makes any difference to taste, but aesthetically it would look better if it wasn't broken. Surely there must be some gadget that can crack an egg without breaking the yolk?
