Well, apart from you and I, we have DSJR (Dave) in Suffolk and Hifi Dave is just South of the border in Saffron Walden. Then there's Mike Reed in Norwich, and we have 2 new members join from Cambridge recently - Carson (James) and dim_span (Dimitri) (who has joined only today) - so I guess potential for an East Anglian meet? Anyone else nearby?

One question if I may, The acrylic plinth is an excellent idea and really shows the SP-15 at its best. Did you have it made specially? How does it affect the sound?

Hi Kris,
The acrylic plinth was ordered and specially made by someone for me, but I had to cut and drill all the holes myself. I think it looks and sounds wonderful, better than my expectations. I don’t know how it compares with a slate plinth though.

I have recently modified my beloved Denon 103R, now it looks good and sounds even better.
It needs an additional counterweight for the Micro Seiki arm to get it balanced; the new aluminum body is too heavy.
