Not a bargain - but a fun ebay thing! ----

I've a CD on ebay auction at the moment, and have just received this question about it --

Could you please answer, as accurately as possible, some questions concerning this item? Here they are:
    1. Discs: Any scuffs or scratches?
    2. Booklet: Any signs of wear/aging or defects (especially wear on corners, rusty staples, creases, indentations on the edges and any kind of pressure marks)?
    3. Tray card / Rear insert: Any signs of aging (for example, discoloration, fading, yellowing, etc.)?
    4. Spines: Are the coloured areas of both spines still bright or, instead, they have faded, as a result of prolonged exposure to sunlight?
    5. Jewel case: Is it the original one? Is it intact? Any cracks, holes, notches, cutout marks, etc?
    6. Country of manufacture: U.K.? U.S.A.? Another?

If he is that dementedly fussy I really do not want him to buy anything of mine, I can imagine all sorts of hassle ahead -- 'ere, there was a speck of dust on the packet, have a negative rep point.

So I've added him to my blocked bidders list.

This guys "all in beautiful condition" is not quite my definition...!

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...E:B:SS:GB:1123

Still could be a bargain for someone, and a bit of a rub down and they'd be fine I'm sure. But not beautiful condition in my book!

I quite fancy those although I would need to persuade the seller to pack 'em up and ship 'em

Just noticed the two other sentences in his ad - something a bit strange about this one.

"TIMES LITTLE USED FOR HOUSING SA SOME SIGNS AND ONLY TO"

"Speaker System reinforced teeth to enjoy better sound"

    ??????

Maybe the seller is suggesting the treble has a little bite., especially when listening in South Africa
