    I bought a book of Gordon Giltrap guitar transcriptions a few years back (I know ), and once I'd mastered what I could, I sold it on eBay... to Gordon Giltrap I asked him why he wanted to buy his own book and he replied that it was out if print and he had never kept a copy, saw it on eBay and thought "why not?"
