I suspect they may be rather better than both his Bose & his B&W speakers!

Indeed! Pictures of the back would have been good, too as well as bigger, and better quality - especially if you're starting a pair of unknown speakers at £100...

    I doubt it - I can't see a Waveguide anywhere!

I feel that Ive seen them before a couple of times over the years on Ebay (perhaps two failed sales) as either prototypes (by some unknown) or homebuilds.

The surrounds on the drivers look a bit gluey as if they've been re-stuck or are a SEAS with a modified cone.

Perhaps a non-bargain but I was wowed by the final high price! Perhaps a rare thing? :

    Tandberg TD20 SE 4-track

Often the 2 track SEs fall beneath the radar with others fetching £500. Would have thought a 4-track would be worse quality (I have a 2-track SE from a phsychology debt, Luton Poly or somewhere).

Denon PMA 250 amp for £20 plus post.

It's now scaring the vermin out in the garage with my mid 80's Toshiba CD and even cheaper Mordaunt Short 5s.

Sometimes Craiglist stuff can be a bit dodgy, but there'd only be one way to find out. Seems too good to be true, so it probably is.....

Do you think you'd fit 'em in your room, Dunc?
