if the technics I linked to above goes for less than £50, and is mechanically as the seller claims, I'd say that's pretty close to a genuine bargain, really (if there's any such thing when it comes to used t/tables). Whether it's a genuine bargain - not so sure of course.
I know the guy selling the kenwood - almost worth buying it off him just to see his hifi if you do a local pickup.
I thought they tended to go for less than that on ebay - not perceived as being of the quality Marco asserts - although I'm sure he's correct.

Trust me, the Kenwood is quality (and looks in great nick, too)! Fit a decent arm and cartridge (as I outlined), and it would compete, sonically, with modern T/Ts up to about £2k - no joke!
