Indeed, and it's just a tarted-up Clearaudio (who make it for McIntosh)!

Sorry, Alex, I LOVE McIntosh amps, and their illuminated meters, but their T/T is quite simply a fugly, blingy, monstrosity of the highest order, and a rather a rip-off to boot.....

Each to his or her own dude, but I'm just not into the re-badging thing, as I feel that it's done for entirely the wrong reasons.

Also, when I spend money on a turntable (and I'm in the fortunate position of being able to do so, when I feel it's necessary), all I want to pay for is out-and-out sonic performance.

Shelling out for unnecessary 'bling', just so that my T/T matches the rest of my kit, would be a concept as alien to me as shopping in Farmfoods, or not spending the weekend prancing around the bedroom in my favourite silk bodice!
