Lol, I know what you're saying, but they work superbly well (you have to remember that the cabinets are over 50 years old!)
I think Ian Walker's Canterburys, with 15" drivers are 'only' 65kg each - and those are £15k new!

I could be wrong but I think Lockwood did use to offer a granite enclosure - of course if Marco went for that option if he moves to Wynn Hall he will have to leave the speakers for the new ownersIs that all?

No, the amplifiers are external, by the way i wasn't taking the stands into the equation & filled with sand they add a good 3 stone

mmm this is an interesting thread, thanks for starting it off Alex.
I still have a vacancy after selling the PMCs and those Leemas look interesting. For a third of the list price they've got to be a good deal.
I've been keeping an eye out for older Harbeth Compact 7s and ProAc studio 100s, but the buggers are as rare as a Leyton Orient away win.
I may have to give them a demo. Marco, in your view how would they compare and would my Sugden A21a drive them ok? They are rated at 87.5 dB.
