The composition though is fantastic. And it shows how beautiful Yorkshire is in the snow - undoubtedly one of our most favourite places in the UK

Wynn Hall looks lovely and amazing value, but I suspect "Needing Restoration" = "money pit" so you'd better have a big chunk of cash ready after you've bought it... Go for it though, if you can, I'm sure it would be a great project, and a good investment.

    Hi Guys,

Ali, glad you got the van out at last - only problem is work beckons now!

Regarding Wynn Hall, we are thinking seriously about it, even though we love our little lodge, as we've wanted more space for a while to facilitate some future projects.

However, as Alex says, there will be a reason why such a property is 'only' £450k, and no doubt plenty of work would need doing, but provided that it's structurally sound and not needing a new roof, or something major like that, we'd be up for the challenge and for turning it into a bit of a project.

It certainly ticks all the right boxes for us - and it's only down the road!!

To that end, we're going to arrange a viewing next week to see exactly what's involved. If we do buy it, we'll hold a massive AoS bake-off (as Jon suggests) and have a house-warming party you'll never forget!

Meanwhile back at the lodge, Mitze and Abella are giving their seal of approval to the Celestions:
