100% expected her to be, more pop-country than real country, but for a heathen like me, I really liked her (I played her first album straight after), especially her voice. In fact, I might give her another go after I've finished playing Alice Costello for the umpteenth time...

Pink Floyd are one of those bands that I never really liked when I was younger - some of my mates were really into them in the 80's but I didn't really get it. I'm not a massive fan even now after acquiring all of their albums on CD with the 2011 "Discovery" Remasters but rarely play them...Maybe I'll have a PF night tonight.

I agree with that comment Tim.
All I was trying to say was having followed the career of the Floyd from when I first heard them play live (when Syd Barrett was still active) and in having all of their recordings, I have to say I find Waters's solo output more interesting than that of Dave Gilmour’s, Rick Wright's or Nick Mason's solo output.
Barry
I don't give buttons for any of their solo output. I remember a mate getting Gilmour's first solo album and we all went round for a listen - major disappoint.
Water's is probably the most interesting in terms of content but I still don't rate any of it. Only one decent tune on each except 'Pros & Cons' which has zero.
