I was just thinking it’s a bit too “nice” - needs a bit more edginess - he can most certainly play, though. Will try the other one you recommended and see - cheers Tim!

Yeah, it's not bad, harks back to where she came from. Try her first album at some point if you think about it, Same Trailer Different Park (her best for me) - she wrote it as a young 20 something, lyrically it's very good and why I like it. I've seen her a few times, but the last time I left for the bar after about 20 minutes!

I did buy her debut (probably you fishing!) but not played in ages, so it’s going on now the new one has finished.

probably . . . I played it a lot when it came out, Bob Harris was a big fan and had her on his show a few times. First time I saw her was in Bush Hall with about 60 people, now she sells out stadiums in the US!

Still working my way through the new releases - this one is grabbing my attention, had not heard of her before (no relation to Bruce, BTW!) but she has a lovely voice, and the production sounds really nice. Will have to try her earlier stuff as well.

It's way better than any of his solo stuff. The most under-rated PF album, I reckon.
