I'm Dave.

But then you can do a recreation of "Ice Cold in Alex"
My bike ride to the posh car boot threw up nothing. Not a sausage. No Robbie Williams CDs, which was nice, but plenty of Russell Watson and Aled Jones. Is this what posh people like?
Anyway, by the time I'd got halfway round, the sweat was sticking my heavy motorbike jacket to me back, so I gave up.
Back home now, just had some ham 'n' cheese toasties and a can of Pepsi Max on our new 70 quid bistro set in a shady part of the garden. See, we can be posh too.
I just dropped in, to see what condition my condition was in

If you've got a garden, then your posh. Never mind the bistro set (whatever one of those is).
21.6C in my living room, breaking yesterday's record for the year so far which was 20.9C.
Comfortable but wouldn't mind it a bit warmer. Time to fire up the Krell!

That's a patio table and two chairs where I come from. Although I suppose just having a patio is posh.
'Bistro' always makes me picture the restaurant in 'Robin's Nest.'

Yeah, when I think "bistro" set I think of uncomfortable cast iron chairs, we bought one once about 20 years ago, trying to pretend we were posh. The only time I remember using it I ended up with a flower pattern branded into my thigh...

There is only one way to avoid criticism: do nothing, say nothing and be nothing Aristotle
Yeah I know what you mean, they're just wrong. The set we got I chose for its lightness, I didn't want to be moving heavy stuff around the garden. The cheapness was an inevitable bonus that comes with buying lightweight stuff.
Just one more job for me in the garden, digging a hole the size of a mini fridge to re-home a big plant that has become pot-bound. That can wait till the morning, when I'll probably be up at 5am (again).

Just spent a half hour cutting the grass at the front. Now relaxing under a patio umbrella which fits into the centre of a garden patio table and chairs. They are not made of cast iron, and if they were, we would use cushions on the chairs, like any sensible person.
Sipping a cool beer and with the patio doors open, listening to Miles Davis 'Birth of the Cool', which seemed appropriate.
(BTW Miles Davis, had he lived would be celebrating his 100th birthday tomorrow. RIP Miles.)

Still only 21.6 in the room, guess that's it for today.
The natural air con in here works a treat when it's baking hot outside, shame I can't turn it off for the rest of the year.
