If you go further into west Wales you can still get real milk. My sister in law has great milk, delivered by her milkman in bottles. I don't use it now, black tea, black coffee and I have porridge with water and salt like the Scot's. Haven't had boxed breakfast cereal and milk for breakfast for over 20 years.
I drink black tea since back when I was a student and couldn't afford luxuries like milk. 250 Happy Shopper tea bags would last me a few weeks.
I do drink a glass of milk per day and have breakfast cereal so that's where it goes. 2 pints a week. I think it is about £1.10 a pint though.
For a long time we had no milk delivery here but it started back up again just after covid.
