Typical isn't? Sit down to listen to some music for the first time in a couple of days and almost right away the alarm on a car parked right opposite my house starts going off.

Been going for about an hour now. No-one near it, street is deserted.

Couldn't make it up.

Usually a car alarm will switch off after 10 minutes or so.

Stopped now. Possibly drained the battery. No idea who the car belongs to, never seen it before. Might be Don Revvies, he's always getting new motors as is his bird.

If you can hear the car alarm from your house, the car can probably hear your stereo. I reckon a couple of 15" bass units are enough to wake up any car alarm. Just sayin'

What better way to start the day than Kylie being interviewed on BBC 'Breakfast'. She's got a Christmas album coming out you know. I wouldn't mind waking up to find her in my Christmas stocking. Kylie that is, not the record. Though it's got to be better than the usual Michael Buble.

And remember Kylie is for life, not just for Christmas.

Well, of course I love Kylie, who doesn’t, she’s a national treasure, or should that be Commonwealth treasure? However, she does depress me somewhat- she’s a year older than me, yet looks absolutely fantastic, whereas I don’t. Probably due to the fact that she’s never had kids!

I don't look fantastic either and I don't have any children.

I'm same age as Kylie though so in with a chance - if I can become a millionaire playboy in the remaining time. Don't ask how that's going.

My daughter mentioned a few weeks ago that she'd like to go to Latitude - a Suffolk music festival. There are a few artists I like, so have been waiting for tickets to become available...



Being a festival, the intention would be to do the whole weekend, camping. How much for a ticket? £320 each! If I can persuade wife and son to come, that's going to be £1,280! I think we'll stay at home, camp in the garden and watch other people's videos on YouTube!
