While up town Christmas shopping, I escaped for an hour and walked across town to Action Records. I picked up a couple of CDs, this being one of them.
Must be 40 years since I last heard it, and didn't care for it enough to buy. I'll see how I get on with it now, and if I like it enough I'll put it on my vinyl wants list.

This one on next, my other purchase. Not exactly the best of John Lee Hooker, but it was my first ever CD, given to me by my mum. This time round, not taking my reading glasses with me cost me a fiver - I thought "ooh, two quid, that's a bargain". Turned out to be 7 quidBut I didn't want to look like a tight wad, and after walking half a mile to the shop ( a long walk for me), I wasn't going to come away with nothing.
