    Venison burgers, with caramelised red onions, garlic mushrooms and Costello blue cheese. Was amazing, if I do say so myself!

    Followed by homemade lasagne with asparagus, green beans, brocolli and some red pepper:



    Fresh pineapple for dessert:



    All washed down with a 2018 Château Gromel Bel-Air, Bordeaux Supérieur.

    Some more lasagne, but with a change in vegetables.



    Again a couple of nectarines to finish, as well as finishing the 2018 Château Gromel Bel-Air, Bordeaux Supérieur.

    Until recently, I only ever did Yorkshires with roast beef, but the family bullied me into doing them with ANY roast!
