    Saw a chiropractor for the first time this week, she did an x ray of my spine, where you can see the lumbars and the discs, and there appeared to be hardly any disc between lumbar one and two, so I guess that's been worn away tae fuck then, oh well. On the plus side after only 2 sessions lasting about 10 minutes each I feel much better and I can touch my toes again.

    I can touch my toes, I can see them too. But only when I'm sat down. A good chiropractor can make a real difference, I've used them on occasion.

    when i was younger i went to a chiropractor; an old guy who was also a gp. he fixed me up well. 30 odd years ago and cost 25 quid

    I can get my right leg up and round my head, I tried it yesterday. I'm still stuck like that now, makes typing tricky and I can't go for a pee!
