    Ok... you asked....

They take items of same or similar size and line them up with near perfect spacing in between them in a dead straight line....normally on the floor but can be anywhere...

We had a cat at the time and she had loads of play things, same size 'ish.... my father used to be first up in the morning and one morning he discovered seven of her play things perfectly lined up about 6-7 inches apart in a perfect straight line on the lounge carpet.... some months later I had the same experience, I was about 12 or 13 at the time, I was playing with the puss in the lounge and momentarily went into the kitchen where mum was and when I returned again 6 or 7 of her toys were perfectly lined up.. spooky a ?

Now it might be that we just had a very intelligent puss but I somehow doubt it...

We had loads of other going's on in the house, doors opening by themselves, feeling like someone was sitting on the end of the bed while you were trying to sleep and also our dog constantly barking up the stairs when nothing was there...

I'm not even sure I believe in ghosts etc but if you asked me to step back in that house I wouldn't... it always had a very strange feeling about it.... a young girl who lived in the house before us was killed in a car accident.. so who knows...

    Please don't have nightmares....

Ooh that is spooky, just enough to scare you but not quite enough to get you running out of the house never to go back. I lived in London for a bit in the early 90s and we had a few very unexplainable incidents, some of which were quite frightening.

Did your experiences stop after you moved from the house?

When I was a kid, my Mum and Dad ran a restaurant in Norwich in an old medieval crypt. There were all sorts of strange goings on - the hoover would start with no one being near it. The "dumb waiter" would go up or down and no one was touching it. Plates smashed with no explanation. One evening all the candles blew out - not all at the same time, one by one.

Years later my Dad was researching our family tree. We had moved to Norwich from Northampton - Dad's family had been in the shoe trade, and it appears originally they were from Norwich. Further research revealed that the family owned a tannery in Norwich. One of our ancestors died a horrible death after being murdered and dumped in one of the tanning vats. And where was this tannery? Yes, you guessed it - it turned out it was in the crypt, where centuries later, they opened the restaurant...

That's a corker, great story. It sounds suitably creepy and scary.

As a complete aside... I've given myself a nasty burn... you gotta be so careful with hot wax it seems....

However it definitely works if you get the temp correct... luckily I've got a high pain barrier....
