Indeed, Richard. However, that's not the point. The service I'm referring to is (more often than not on AoS) available to any member who can convince the manufacturer and/or dealer concerned that he or she is a serious buyer for their product(s), or perhaps influentical in some way, and therefore 'worth the effort', as it were!

The fact is, Martin doesn't have his own forum, yet he has no problem getting stuff sent to him for audition, nor do others of his ilk... Ask yourself why that is?
