Ah, I thought there must be an F1 thread running already. I'm already enjoying this season for all the variables it has thrown up, although the artificial nature of the tyre degradation slightly spoils the idea of drivers going all-out for the entire race.

Who would have bet on Raikonnen winning the first race? Good on him, and it's rather thrown things wide open. I'm glad to see Hamilton happy with his team and car, surprised to see McLaren develop such a poor design, uplifted by Ferrari's new found performance and continue to wonder whether Vettel's performance is always flattered by an excellent car.

I'll be watching Massa and Webber for new-found zoom and wondering whether Button can develop a poor package or will just continue to whinge. Will Perez be a wise choice or would di Resta have been a better one.
