We eat a lot of tuna, as well as mackerel, cod, haddock and king prawns. I'm becoming a bit of a pescaterian (or should that be an icthyophage?)!
If we are eating chips they are done in the airfryer, but sometimes if we are feeling lazy we will eat chunky-cut oven chips.

I notice you don't remove the bean tips. I do, as I have always thought they wouldn't taste nice. No doubt I'm mistaken. :rolleyes:

Currently down to £16 in Tesco but with their 25% off six bottles only £12 which is almost a bargain for one of my favourite wines.
Corn on the cob to start, followed by:
Grilled gammon steak, boiled potatoes, haricot beans with onion and tomato, and some ratatouille.
A couple of mandarins for dessert, and all washed down with a white Grenache Rose.
Sushi to start:
Followed by a baked potato filled with haricot beans, minced beef and onions, with carrot and green beans:
Washed down with a a couple of glasses of a 2020 L'Épiphanie de Pauillac.
Homemade lasagne, with broccoli and carrots:
And this time washed down with a glass or two of a 2020 L'Épiphanie de Margaux.
Lasagne in particular looks epic, Barry. And as always, your consumption of vegetables is commendable!
I made Cheeseburger Pasta tonight, but forgot to take a picture.
Out for a family meal tonight to Meze in Stowmarket, Turkish restaurant with fantastic reviews - well warranted, a lovely dinner - I had the mix kebab and absolutely stuffed. We will return.

On a bed of spaghetti, freshwater prawns in a tomato and basil sauce, steamed red pepper and green beans. Looks a bit of a mess but it tasted fine.
