I've had loads of them. They work well enough and will sound OK, but not outstanding. But for the money they are good enough though, the arm will cope with a budget MC cartridge (but not a high compliance MM) and they just go on forever 'cos they're well built. Just give them a bit of lube and a new belt every year or two. That price looks OK by current standards.Quote:

Absolutely. The arm will handle a reasonable cartridge. My PL112D has a Rega Elys in it and it sounds pretty good. Silly money for the enjoyment offered.Quote:
