I predict the content will be as follows:
8% - unusual and interesting
6% - scratched/damaged and unplayable
14% - the winning bidder will own already
72% - 1970s - 1990s chart dross.

You missed out the ones in the corner (0.6%) that have a faint whiff of cat pee. You'll have to adjust your figures accordingly!
I was lumping them in under 'scratched/damaged and unplayable'!
I can understand how you would make that mistake but it was sloppy work, young man - see me in my office.
They're not damaged or unplayable - that long lost copy of 'Corns and Varucas' by the Muscular Foot Band, the one that you've been hunting out for twenty years with the sock shaped sleeve, might be in there - question is, can you bring yourself to play it?
Wonderful
It's so good to have records that aren't listed anywhere and no one knows anything about them
I just got a Mark Stewart 12" limited edition of 700.
A few years time that will be pretty rare
Then there's the Neil Young Chrome Dreams I CD I have. Could be official and rare or a bootleg of some sort. Can't find it
That one's only listed in my mind Mike!
Seems to be a bargain:

Anyone need new Castle 'Kendal' (Mk.I) cabs?
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Castle-Aco...item4ac2ab6be8
A beautiful pair of Rogers ls2a/2 in fabulous condition - my definition of "fabulous condition" differs somewhat!
Those rounded off corners are what us aficionados class as 'patina' guv'nor.
Rustic style feature :D
Yeah, makes 'em more collectable.......almost priceless.
Pure 4 Ohm load! whats that suppose to mean?
Never Mind!
No speaker can be like a resister. The impedance varies with frequency.
Wow they are rare

Hi Shane,
If you look at the impedance graph for a loudspeaker, you'll see that the measured impedance across the frequency range will swing up and down. By how much and where in the range this happens depends on the speaker design. Some speakers have wild swings in impedance, others are less radical. Quoted impedance ratings are very arbitrary and just give an average.
The Celestion Ditton 15 has, as quoted, a 4 to 8 ohm rating, you should just regard this a 6ohm speaker, although, I've measured the DC resistance of the driver coils in the past and found them to read around 6 ohms, meaning that under dynamic/driven conditions they are to all intents and purposes 8 ohm speakers.
Mystery Cambridge R50 speakers, They appear to have an EMI bass driver, two midrange units and an unidentifiable tweeter. Are these an early version or have they been messed about? If they have, the buyer may end up very disappointed. I've not seen a pair like this before.

Decent looking pair of KEF B200 SP1012 drivers at a very reasonable £40.

Ouch! These are for parts/not working etc.

Shane, there's only one and no drive unit.
It does seem a bit steep, even though the Voigt horns are extremely sought after (you could probably have a repro pair made for less, including the plaster horn flare).
They are supposed to sound wonderful though. Not convinced myself, but I haven't heard them. Lowther equipped speakers don't do much for me really.
So just a cabinet eh? I wonder what an Antiques Roadshow valuer would mark it up at? ;)
They will end up being sold individually on ebay as minters
Wouldn't you love these? Yuk!
Interesting description.

Very nice looking pair of Goodmans Magnum K2 speakers in Frome. Only up to £33 at the moment, ends tomorrow. Best of the Magnums in my opinion!

Someone definitely got a great bargain here:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/AccuphaseT...p2047675.l2557
An Accuphase T-100 for the equivalent of £161! These are supposed to be better than the T-101. What a shame I'm skint!

Nick

I bid 750 euro on this and not even remotely close enough.
That deck is totally drool-worthy Ian - never seen one before ...
Nice but without the original plinth & colour i feel the whole Dieter Rams aesthetics design is no more..
