I feel very guilty when Ive munched through a family bag of crisps...but they will keep having them on offer for £1

I have just munched through two family bags of crisps, some blue riband biscuits, dry roasted peanuts and some chocolate filled doughnuts...all because they were much cheaper in the after hours tescos than healthy food.

Its no wonder I feel ill sometimes and its not doing me any good..all that salt and sugar mix washed down with coffee is very unhealthy food.

On the subject of tradespeople both me and my father are perfectionists. My dad has had some shocking people in who kinked gas or water pipes below the floor. They didnt expect my dad to go down an inspect it

I prefer to do the job myself and I do all my own plumbing electrics and decorating. I wouldnt dream of having anybody in unless absolutely necessary. I am not the sort of customer they really want

Yep its scary how my good intentions go out of the window. I try not to go to the 11pm shop but there was nothing in.

All that salt and sugar mix in one go is pretty dangerous. I wont pay over £1 for a big bag of crisps but they keep having clearance offers Plus you need a second mortgage to buy anything that looks healthy in there or thats my excuse.

I do try and avoid certain products and then it all goes to pot when Im in a gaming snack mood. I must discipline myself and I know what I must do.

I generally don't snack. It just doesn't normally occur to me to have one. I don't eat breakfast. I have lunch at around 2pm, usually a roll or sandwich followed by fruit and later on a meal after 6pm and that's it. Once in a blue moon I'll eat something at other times.

My PC has been playing up for some time so I decided the time had come to sort it out. I had a dig around in various files and other techie stuff, not very PC minded, and thought sod it!, I don't know whats what so with a bit of shopping around I've bought a perfectly usable PC, good enough for my purposes and much faster than the old one for £75. It's amazing to think that two years ago this machine was more than five times as much, just shows you how quickly things move on. I come from the generation where you tried to fix things but with all the built in obsolescence and non user serviceable stuff I find it very sad how much we just throw away.

I've been through the anti virus and clean up software with nothing found. I think it's so bunged up with stuff that it gets tied up in knots, trouble is I'm not sure what's what. Now I've got the other one I'll wipe the HDD and reinstall Windows, handy to have a spare when you rely on it so much.
