Linx, pre and power.. looked at these yesterday, they have shot up in price. I have seen the same pre and power in mint condition go for about the same as they are on for now £280.00, also seen another mint set go for around £450.00.
My fathers friend had these years ago. Very clean sounding from what i remember.

I'm onaplain.
I occasionally buy records and CDs from eBay. There does seem to be a trend towards UK sellers advertising / transacting in US dollars (presumably those who sell more items overseas) following the depreciation of sterling. It may work as an export strategy but it's putting me off as bidding prices rise.

Nightmare Dan, that happened to me a while back, Sonneteer Alabaster amp, great nick etc. on for £100.00. That amp had been for sale for a few days too.Aw Sh*t - Double Sh*t
