turntable/cart combo I seem to use the most at the moment is a JVC QLY3F/AT15Sa with an original NOS stylus. I'll keep a watch out for a 150 now

I'm listen to the Rolling Stones in Mono box set. The sound of these Mono tracks is purely awesome. The best remastered set I've ever heard. Even if your not a Stones fan, you must listen. One of the standout tracks for me is 2000 Light Years From Home from the Satanic Majesties Request album. Bass you've never heard so clear I promise. A superb remaster if ever there is one, and in MONO.
Using Tidal, now there is another surprise, I might even carry on subscribing.

Never listened to Di Meola before though I know some of Chick Corea's stuff - just saw it on Discogs and picked it up for £3 : not bad for a double album

Two tracks in and I'm loving it !

I had a mate years ago who was a good classical and jazz pianist and guitarist. He was obsessed with Al Di Meola, Chick Corea and Stanley Clarke. He played little else on his sound system. Never quite got into it myself.
