    Lots of crossover pitfalls there. Also need a big high ceiling room. Might not go for much

    Near Doncaster, so not a huge drive from you Martin. Straight up M1.

    They'd certainly be interesting, that's for sure .

    I've seen everything now - a Sugden Connoisseur idler (which cost about 3s 4d back in the - mono - day, tiny motor and far, far short of Garrard 301 performance), bit of chipboard and hammerite, that'll be 800 smackers please. Just becase it was allegedly used 'at the BBC'.

    Not the worst motor unit in the world, but - no tonearm, cheesy plinth, platter scraping and sold as 'needing a refurb' (good luck getting any parts) ... worth about £75 maybe?
