I'm in a bit of a jazzy vinyl phase today...

Vinyl copy on the Doxy label -- The type of label I tend to be very suspicious of as I would much rather have a copy on Verve -- but this sounds very well indeed, on lovely quiet vinyl too.
I was after it myself but the cheapest was £50 so i balked lol

Hmm, 2014 reissue? Is that a repress of the 2008 box set released by Rhino? (Which is sounding stunning)
Too bad though, a lot of reisssues today are merely 'me too'-vinyl issues which we wont be missing in the future...

    It's this Mike.

My mistake its a 2013 release. Same Nick Davis mix as the one I think you are refering to. With the half speed thingy done to it. This one I believe.

I Guess I just don't like what Nick Davis has done to it. His work has come in for a fair amount of stick on some of those mixes. However I do enjoy large parts of his 'Selling England' work. So it's not all bad. I'll give it another go or two and keep an open mind.
