Picking up car in the New Year, hopefully January.
One of these, this colour and alloys.
2.4 diesel, the big 19"s, remapped with EGR and DPF removed, should be around 250ish brake and get 40ish mpg when I'm done with her.

That'll be EGR and DPF.. :-)
“Music has always been a matter of energy to me, a question of fuel. Sentimental people call it inspiration, but what they really mean is fuel. I have always needed fuel. I am a serious consumer. On some nights I still believe that a car with the gas needle on empty can run about fifty more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio”

Well.....technically it won't be fine, it technically fails the MOT, however, as the DPF check is visual only at the moment the car should pass. The whole DPF issue opens up a can of worms both practically and morally, they are fitted for a reason. Given the whole VAG emmissions-gate saga expect a lot of scrutiny of diesel emmissions and particulates in the future...

    Neal,
You mention the VAG group and morals in the same sentence?
I Let 'em off because they let the next gen Bugatti go through purely from a Top Trumps perspective, but come on!
