    No neighbours. Wifey is cool with amps.

    I might need a forklift truck to move it, though.

    400 watt speakers lol! My telefunkens are rated 8 watt...go plenty loud

    But the best amp I have ever heard with them is my current setup - about 10wpc max from the amp

    Still looking for a 2nd, but new input valves added a bit of extra pep so I don't really need to bi-amp now. Would be fun to try, though.

    Some of the best sounds I've heard have come from systems using maybe 20 watts. Big amps give control, scale and authority with matching lowish efficiency modern speakers. Big power 'impresses', but does it deliver music?
    It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!
