    Hi Steve,

I will be up around 12-1.00pm so any time after that suits as I will be staying over. I will have the Firebottle KIN preamp with me so can fit into any schedule.
Think it may be a good idea to run it in the phono stage bake off as it does have the latest Firebottle phono stage incorporated.

Obviously anyone else can try it in their systems throughout the day.

Bringing the 300B SET amp which will be a great match for Steve's Edingdales.

Steve - Whats the set up going to be, as the room is an unknown to most of us?

Is it two systems, one at each end, or is there space for multiple set ups around the room?

The reason I ask, is that it will take me half an hour at least to set up my full active system with CD source and additional air powered turntable/arm, and nearly as long to take it down.

I think I might pop down and take a look at the venue, being local to me.

Just to confirm that myself and Chris (Stratmangler) will be coming along for the day, if there is room for us?
We aim to arrive 10.00am so have no preference for a 'slot'.

    We'll be bringing:
Speakers: New 'Norge' series Stand-mount prototypes - a 2-way design using state-of-the-art ring dome tweeter and 6½ inch mid-woofer.
    Power Amp: Conrad Johnson LP66S2
Preamp: Active TVC based DIY design.
Source: Either my AH! Njoe Tjoeb 4000 reference CD player or Chris's Squeezebox.

Look forward to putting some faces to the names.

    Nice one Colin.
Owe you a fruit based soft drink for the great job on the woodwork you did with my 300B amp.

If you do a reccie Ken let me know how it looks. If space is limited I'll be happy to share a corner with you so we can see the Yammies and JBLs standing together in 'control monitor corner'

Dare say my oak stands might well suit your Yamahas too.
One of these days... I'm going to cut you into little pieces.

Bit of a long shot, but is anybody driving up from the London area? I can't share the driving, but I'm happy to pay my way fuel wise and chip in with digs for the stay over too... 😀
