Some Fiat models share basics like chassis/floorpans and engines, etc. Like models from VW/Seat/Skoda/Audi do (not Fiat parts though). And other makes do this too.
Jaguar, Ford and Mazda share designs and parts. The Kia Magentis and Hyundai Sonata prestige saloons started off as basically the same car.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!
