No piccies to post (seeing as this is The Gallery), but I've just ordered a whole bunch of bits to try and make an LDR pre-amp. Lots of pure guesswork of course. I'm getting low impedance LDRs. If necessary I can bung resistors in series to make input impedance workable. LEDs and Halogen mini bulb light sources ordered too. I've got loads of small DC power supplies to try and obviously I'll have to experiment with voltage input via a suitable pot (I suppose I could use an LDR for that and just dim or raise the room lights
). We'll see. I'll probably cock it all up! Not sure how progressive a light I can get from an LED anyway. The halogen will work and the lumen count should be OK.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!
