might be because unused includes obvious wear on the cartridge pins and mounts.. not to mention the dirt around 2 of the styli tips. I'm not a cynic though.. "Untested" doesn't mean there will be no output from the cart at all..

Hi Rob, thanks for that. I've managed to buy this after agreeing with the seller that I'd arrange my own courier for that. He seems that he changed his mind and wants it collected in some shop over there (I wonder why?)

i went to £50 on it and with 7 seconds to go i thought it was mine for £4.64! it went for £78 in the end.

Sorry Jamie - that was me! I'm an admirer of early ADC cartridges and had been watching the item for a few days.

Should have bid more Jamie. I did reckon near £100. Never mind, at least Barry will be happy!

I thought about bidding too and would have likely snipe bid £110. Decided not to as I've got enough ADCs (I think ).

yes you did,to be honest it would have been a luxury and my logic was that perhaps i might turn my cash towards a new turntable re the cable dressing thread as that play is only going to get worse.
