I understand where you're coming from, but I'm afraid this situation smacks all too much of someone thinking that they 'know best', when at the end of the day, the only 'best' that matters is what the end user/customer considers as such!

I'm in no way an SME fanboi but think this thread is bang out of order. You are openly slagging off a dealer based on second-hand and possibly biased info. The dealer has no comeback here and what's to say (and I'm not saying he does) the OP has an axe to grind or is a competitor of this dealer.

You banned him and are now freely slagging him off, don't know about here but most forums have a rule about not discussing banned members.

If I was that dealer I'd be looking at legal action for defamation. Doesn't put the forum in a great light either.
