I've got Aliens vs Predator II taped but I though the first one was piss-poor and I'm concerend that I am going to waste 2 hours of my life with the sequel. Has anyone seen it? Is it worth the effort?

Dawn of the Planet of The Apes movie is very good, Godzilla after a recent second viewing isn't as poor as I first thought.

Have you ever read the book of the original story, 'Monkey Planet' by Pierre Boulle? I read it years ago. It wasn't bad at all.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

Agree with 2nd viewing of Godzilla.
A lot of subtle(ish) stuff going on, not apparent on first viewing.
