Ales, please advise us when you have received the promised refund. Cheers

Thank you Marco and thank you Scott too.
I have received money on my account today. But I will be happier with the records. I don’t know what went wrong. I wish that everything went another way. Scott has so many good vinyl records I wish to buy. But I am afraid of more cases like this one that just happened.

No problem, Ales. Always glad to help in situations such as this

Scott’s a good bloke and a genuine guy, no doubt about that, but IMHO, (and I think it needs saying), the methods he uses to operate his business need a little ‘fine tuning’, especially with how orders are taken from customers and then processed afterwards, to the point of delivery, where I feel the existing ‘infrastructure’ (as it were), along with stocktaking, needs some streamlining.

First of all, I’d suggest he needs to accept Paypal, as a method of payment, as that would cut out a lot of the current issues. Also, items marked as being ‘in stock’, must actually be held physically at Scott’s premises before shown to customers as such on his website. I shall be having a chat to him about all of this.

Fingers crossed for you James although they appear to be as rare as hens teeth. I'm still looking for a suitable pair of stands for my 852's

There are a smashing pair of Custom Design open framed stands on ebay however the seller, who is based in Sandhurst, won't ship 'em

Sadly true, a Google search reveals only two pairs sold in the last two years

Could the stands be a job for the "AOS taxi" ? Maybe worth putting a post up... You never know
