Hi everyone
I have been buying records for some time over internet and so far I have been lucky. Dealers from Germany, France, USA, UK…no problem at all.
But last order from Scott Nangle went all wrong. Today is exactly 2 month since money for the records was taken from my account.
We have exchanged 23 e-mails. Many promises were made that the shipment will be made. I was asked again and again for confirmation of my address (I have sent my address to him 4 times). In meantime I was told that there was problem with delivery. That address was not correct.
And after few e-mails today I have received request to pay for reshipping.
Now I really don’t know what to do. I have read some bad stories on other forums (after all problems I have I started to search on the google. I wish I have done it before). It looks that I am not the only one with that kind of problems. What were your experiences with Scott Nangle? Shall I say goodbye to money?
Almost identical cases on other forums:

Hi Ales,
I’m very sorry to hear about your experience. Please leave this with me, and I’ll sort it out.

Just back from Paul Stewarts to collect a nice pair of Spendor BC1s. Great to meet you and Viv and your great collection of LPs - just as well as I forgot to bring any of my own. I did put that copy of May Blitz back didn't I
It was great chatting with you and hearing a few tales from Fleet St. It was shame that I couldn't stay a bit longer - as I was leaving your Tannoys were playing sweet music. They are an amazing sight for the uninitiated and made the Spendors look tiny
They really look the biz in my room so, now to hook them up and give them a good work out. Thanks again.
