    This Australian composer was a new discovery for me (on Spotify). Elevator Music and Inflight Entertainment sound as if they're going to be muzak, but they're not. Both are actually rather good.

    Yep, I agree with David (mr sneff) - I have that Naxos Koehne CD, it's interesting and quite challenging - and 'elevator music' in the traditional sense it is not!

    What a happy and positive symphony the third is, for Mahler in any case. These are some of the finest records I've ever heard, from a sound quality point of view.

Isonoe feet & boots. Ortofon RS-212D tonearm with Denon DL-103GL, in a Denon PCL-300 headshell, fitted with Funk Firm Houdini and Kondo SL-115 pure-silver cartridge leads.

    Paul Hynes MC head amp/SR5 PSU. Also modded Lentek head amp and Denon AU-310 SUT.

    Other Cartridges: Nippon Columbia (NOS 1987) Denon DL-103. USA-made Shure SC35C with NOS stylus. Goldring G820 with NOS stylus. Shure M55E with NOS stylus.
