Bargains on ebay?

I've only seen a type 5 on a weird modified Linn a few years ago. The deck had a secondary flywheel attached under the top plate. Think the combo was about £1000.

They do have the look of some Soundlab items that certainly never used to cost that much.

Sometimes but the way it and italian ebay have the classified section kind of makes it more difficult and less attractive (cos auctions throw up bargains more often than plain sale ads).

Those things were mega-money back in the day. Now it is not a question of getting £20 for it, more like you will need to pay someone £20 to take it away. I bought one (not that exact model but very similar) for a fiver 20 years ago; ended up skipping it.
