Anyway, Steven has chipped in with something rather more on-topic (and somewhere us UK residents might have a chance of visiting)! Nice one, Steven

Unusual for London, you can park outside - some free and some meters. Otherwise 5 minute walk from East Finchley tube.

For Camden Town, a popular vinyl haunt, try:

Out On The Floor Records

10 Inverness Street, not far up from Camden tube.
This is second hand records for posh people. Everything immaculate, as new, and discs kept behind the counter. Lots of great posters.
Otherwise, Camden is full of bootlegs.

While I'm at it, found a site listing best second hand vinyl spots in London.

Alan is 2nd on the list as "Cratedigger's Paradise". No. 1 is Flashback Records.

Alan does mostly UK pressings whilst Alan tells me Flashback does a lot of imports. Flashback is near Angel tube and Sadler's Wells (my second home - so passes Marco's test), but I haven't been in for ages. Ideal for those in town for a day and loads of fantastic and reasonable restaurants nearby.
