Marco & Neil, a pox on both your houses; I've searched for bloody hours to find Daphne Droopy Drawers to see that avatar again! Now I've seen the thread and understand... but bring her back, best username yet.
Mine has Hi Fi links to a fave picture (hanging on my wall) and to the glorious feeling of basking in front of a glowing system, wallowing in waves of music and thermionic warmth....

If you think you know the answer already, you're not really searching
A plastic box, some glass bottles, two metal tins and some lengths of string
Hi steve and Valerie
Daphne Droopy Drawers was me...for a bit(couple of hours)
No problem the photo comes back(+an extra one not seen before), for this post, but not the name(though I reserve the name for future use) It was as a result of a bit of banter between Marco and me. Glad you like the picture. There is nothing quite like a bit of late 40's early 50's style. I'll be back shortly with it.
So by special request Daphne revealed ...
And after a change of outfit...
Thats your lot

Indeed: when women looked like women and men looked like men, before bloody tracky bottoms, jeans, and trainers were invented! There is nothing quite like a bit of late 40's early 50's style...
I like both the Daleks AND 'Daphne'
