Acoustas. Got them for nothing from a bloke who was moving house the next day and just wanted rid. PM6a drivers (from memory, this was 20 years ago now). Full range with the whizzer cone so you are not exactly going to get a sparkling top end no matter what you feed them with. Sold the drivers to Classique Sounds and turned the cabs into PA speakers for a mate who was a DJ. Happy days.

That's odd. I've had a couple of pairs of Acoustas and found them bright.
