I love these. Have a pair I bought in the 80s. Missed a pair in July so I'm pleased to have got these.

I mapped out the crossovers if your interested in upgrading them ? They are without a doubt the weakest link & IMO the only thing stopping a good speaker from being great.

Very rare & reputedly very good... I wonder if they'll sell for more or less than a pair of LS3/5a's ?

Hmm they do indeed look quite interesting. I fancy a bid on these but suspect they will go for more than I woudl be willing to have a punt at.

Those Sony APM6 speakers are quite large, judging their size in relation to the radiator behind them.

Indeed they are big:-
Dimensions : 54,5 x 82 x 37,5cm
Weight : 48kg.

Similar but bigger than Yamaha Ns1000

Yes sorry I wasnt likening them to LS3/5a's merely the difference in perceived value..
