Here's one of Hi-Fi's forgotten heroes.

Leak 2060 speakers, a bit like having a pair of Yamaha NS-1000s on the cheap. These Leaks have quite a bit in common with the Yamahas. Powerful, tight bass, plenty of detail, nice mid and top. OK the Yams are better, but the Leaks are pretty good.

I had a friend who had four of them. One day I brought a Harman Kardon amp to his place to try out. The amp blew one of the bass cones clean out of the cabinet. It's the only time I have ever seen that happen to a speaker.

Sequerra speakers. Never seen these before. Sequerra made some pretty stunning gear at one time, wonder what these are like.

Interesting speakers the Sequerras. Not heard them but, as I recall, you bought the little main speakers and could then add a pair of subwoofers and/or the supertweeters as the mood took you. Shame there's only one tweeter unit - I imagine finding another would be something of a challenge.
