Surely such lunacy is unsustainable ?

In the past 18 months strange things have happened to the value of proper "poor mans hifi" ... Nad 3020@£100, Dual cs-505@£100, JPW mini-monitors@£50... The list goes on & on. It seems to me that more people are buying "poor mans hifi" thus increasing its value. There are more s/h bargains than ever in the £500-£1000 bracket

There also appears to be lots of confused buyers that are under the false understanding that if its old its good. Sure there are some classic gems but a lot of it is just shite.

I've been watching these. The seller keeps trying to sell them with that ''frozen'' starting price.

I think it's time to reduce the price dude!!

    EDIT: It's now BIN!

Hens teeth, and undoubtedly rather better sounding.

I've got one (with the same cartridge) and it's a keeper! My advice to anyone looking for a turntable is that this is well worth a listen, easy to set up and maintain.

Oooh! Genuine original 'Wardrobes'. These are so rare. Lovely, even if the dual drivers won't produce typical Tannoy imaging.

Tannoy System 600 nearfield monitors. Cracking little speakers with plenty of punch and great imaging. In Renfrewshire. May go cheap!
