That's a short question that requires a long-ish answer - PM sent!
And I didn't go for the B&O cabinet. Having bought myself one of their rarer turntables last week and given the time and cost involved in collecting it, I decided to pass. The morning after, i'm about 42% sad and 58% relieved at not having to trek to Cheshire to collect, so I probably made the right decision!

JLH circuits are revered and that may well be a good amp for very little money. Ignore the dire warnings, rendering it internally safe wouldn't take much effort.
