    The description has one of the funniest sentences I've ever read in a classified advert.
    When combined together, these 3 units produce a quality of sound far in excess of what might be expected from the individual components.

    Yes and the amp probably makes a gentle thrum on it's own, but unlpugged speakers? Well, I just find them a bit boring.

    Back in the day you could get the local taxi firm's radio transmisions breaking through on the speakers - even with the system switched off. So maybe that's what he means. 'Tango 12, Tango 12, pick up at 24 London Road...'
