..and where do they get 24W output SE from an EL34?
I love Hendrix for so many reasons. He was so much more than just a blues guitarist - he played damn well any kind of guitar he wanted. In fact I'm not sure if he even played the guitar - he played music. - Stevie Ray Vaughan

Got one of those s/h a couple of years ago for £30 - The owner "just wanted rid of it."

It was pure trash, in a vain attempt to improve it I installed a load of Svetlana valves but it was still awful... One of the worst amplifiers I have ever heard.

Errr -- I've been more than a bit surprised by these quite cheap interconnects.

If you like a well-focussed and very detailed sound, give them a try!

I like the name! They should make an angel of death® power cable... I can see it now, fuseless plug/solid copper conductors with "air" insulation...

The speakers you always promised yourself!

They look like real horrors. Not just one of those awful Piezo tweeters, but five in each cabinet. God knows what these sound like. It doesn't bear thinking about.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

They might sound better than Tannoy's. You just never know!

Quite true, one never knows. However, some things are less likely than others.

Gilbert Briggs would turn in his grave if he could see things like this.

This is the kind of rubbish you see in a box of junk under a table at a boot sale.

Shame seeing a name of such standing associated with tat. Wharfedale were one of The Greats.
